1. Our Commitment
We want everyone to be able to use Lucky Audio, including people who rely on a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the W3C, and we treat an accessibility barrier as a bug.
2. How We Have Checked
On October 10, 2026 we audited the code of this site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, fixed the problems that audit could fix directly, and listed the rest under Known Limitations below.
That audit was a review of the code only. We have not yet tested the site using only a keyboard, or with a screen reader. Until we have, treat the list below as what we aim for, not a promise that every page meets it, and tell us about any barrier you meet. We will update this page when that testing is done.
3. What We Have Built In
These are in the site’s code. Section 2 says how far they have been tested.
- Headings, page landmarks and labelled form fields, and a link to skip straight to the main content
- A visible outline on the link or button that has keyboard focus
- Page changes announced to screen readers, as they would be on a traditional website
- Respect for your reduced-motion setting: animations finish at once, and loading indicators turn slowly
4. Known Limitations
These are the barriers we know about and have not fixed yet, with a way around each:
- Checkout: If checkout cannot start, the error message is not announced by screen readers, and neither is the loading state. The Terms and Refund Policy links beside the consent box open in a new tab without saying so, and the red "Contact support" link is below the recommended contrast. Email [email protected] and we will help you complete the purchase.
- Sign-in and account forms: Form titles are not marked up as headings, most errors appear only in a short-lived notification, there is no option to show your password as you type it, some fields do not tell your browser what to fill in, required fields are not marked, and the red "Forgot password" style links are below the recommended contrast. If you cannot sign in or change a setting, email [email protected] and we will do it with you.
- Library: The buttons that reveal and copy a license key are named only by a tooltip, which some screen readers do not read, and are smaller than recommended. Download buttons say only "Download", without the product name. Email [email protected] and we will send your license keys and download links as text.
- Product pages: Each product in the catalogue is linked more than once, so keyboard and screen-reader users meet the same product repeatedly. On a product page, the feature list is not marked up as a list, and the gallery does not say which image is selected. Email [email protected] and we will send any product's details, price and requirements as text.
- Gifts: If a gift recipient's email address is not valid, the error message is not linked to the field for screen readers. Email [email protected] and we will help you send the gift.
- Product documents (license agreements and changelogs): Headings do not start from a page title, every link in the document opens in a new tab, and the breadcrumb above it is not labelled. Email [email protected] and we will send the document as plain text.
- Links to other sites: Some links, including on our policy pages and receipts, open in a new tab without saying so. Use your browser’s tab list or back gesture to return to this site.
- Across the site: The announcement banner is not announced when it appears and its close button is labelled only "Dismiss". The page scroll bar is hidden. Footer headings skip a level. The Projects page scrolls smoothly even when your system asks for reduced motion. Scrolling works as usual with the keyboard, mouse wheel and trackpad. If you need anything from an announcement, email [email protected].
5. Third-Party Content
Payment is completed in a checkout operated by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is responsible for its accessibility. If it gets in your way, contact us and we will help you complete your purchase another way.
Links to other websites, and any media embedded from them, are outside our control. Tell us if one causes you a problem and we will look for an alternative.
6. Feedback and Help
If you find a barrier, or need anything on this site in a different format, email [email protected]. It helps to tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology you use.
We reply within 5 business days. Where a fix takes longer, we will get you the information or complete the task with you another way in the meantime.
