1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Lucky Audio, a brand of Three Sevens Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Lucky Audio is a brand operated by Three Sevens Creative LLC that develops, publishes, and distributes digital audio products and services including:

• VST plugins and audio software
• Sample packs, loops, and sound libraries
• Web-based audio tools and utilities
• SaaS (Software as a Service) audio products
• Mobile and desktop audio applications

3. Digital Products and Licenses

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital audio products (VST plugins, sample packs, etc.) subject to these terms.

Permitted Uses

• Use products in your original musical compositions and recordings
• Install products on devices you own or control
• Create derivative works using our samples and sounds
• Release and monetize music created with our products

Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, resell, or share our products
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Do not use products to create competing sample libraries
• Do not share license keys or download links with others

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Purchases and Payment

Certain services may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment processing and order fulfillment are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms apply to all transactions in addition to these Terms. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

6. Subscriptions

Some services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly, annually, etc.). Billing cycles are set at the beginning of your subscription and cannot be changed.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. 8. Intellectual Property

All products, content, and materials available through our service are the intellectual property of Three Sevens Creative LLC (operating as Lucky Audio) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or exploit our content without explicit written permission.

Your Content

Music and compositions you create using our products remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your creative works. By submitting content to our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating and providing our services.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit malicious code or harmful software
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• To use our products in a way that competes with our business

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Three Sevens Creative LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
