Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases, including VST plugins, sample packs, and other audio software. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record and returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual billing period.

3. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial period for a subscription service, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the regular rate.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to credit your account.

6. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for purchases on Lucky Audio. Paddle's buyer terms apply alongside this policy, and Paddle may independently issue refunds in accordance with its own policies. This policy describes the seller-side refund commitments of Three Sevens Creative LLC; it does not limit any rights you have directly against Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

7. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. At checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery: by agreeing, and then starting the download or activating a license key, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once download or activation begins. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee continues to apply in addition to your remaining statutory rights, which are unaffected where they do not depend on the withdrawal period.
